When you visit the website

Technical logs. The servers that deliver this site handle your IP address, the page you ask for and your browser type, only to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Any such logs are kept for no more than 30 days. Legal basis: legitimate interests.

Google Analytics, only with your consent. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records how the site is used: pages visited, how you arrived, approximate location (town or country), device and browser. It's only looked at in total, to see how people find the site. Until you accept, nothing is stored on your device. Legal basis: consent. There are no adverts, accounts or forms on this site.

When you book or get in touch

If you call, message or email, your details and what you tell Nicola are used to reply, arrange your appointment and carry out your treatment, and records are kept as needed to treat you safely and meet legal requirements. Legal basis: taking steps at your request to provide a treatment.

Who information is shared with

Google (Google LLC and Google Ireland Limited) processes analytics data on Nicola's behalf, only if you've accepted analytics cookies. Google may process data in the United States, under the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the International Data Transfer Addendum. The hosting and network providers that deliver the website handle data only as needed to run it.

How long it's kept

Analytics data is kept for the period set in Google Analytics, and no longer than 14 months. Booking and treatment records are kept only as long as needed for your care and as the law requires.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your information, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to how it's used, and withdraw consent at any time.
